3. Customer Obligations
For on-site estimates and installations, the customer is responsible for:
Providing clear access to the property.
Identifying property lines and providing a plot plan if required.
Ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work area.
4. Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA)
In accordance with PA law, all contracts exceeding $500 will be provided in writing and will include our HICPA registration number, the total price, and the start/completion dates.
5. Limitation of Liability
ACE Fence and Gates is not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not clearly marked by "Call Before You Dig" (811) or disclosed by the homeowner prior to excavation.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
